Shadow Footwork:
Twenty shots per set, three sets each. Great way to warm up and practise your footwork.
Half Push and Lift:
Half push twice and then lift to either corner. Make sure you push off from your base and twist your body as fast as possible.
Defense Drill:
The two players at the net should keep pressure on the player that’s training, they can drive back straight or cross.
Three Corner Drill:
Training player always hits back to the feeder who stays on one half of the court. Feeder should hit to the back two corners and straight net, not cross net.
